No…it’s not Madison Square Garden in that bottle. I made the same mistake at first. It’s actually monosodium glutamate.
That same monosodium glutamate that, according to Wikipedia, may cause migraine headaches, numbness and neurotoxicity, and according to the bottle “imparts a fifth taste that is described as savory, and called ‘umami’ in Japan.”
It’s good to know that while finer establishments around the world are busy banning MSG from their foods, dollar stores are stocking up on the raw stuff like Armageddon is at hand.
